The 5 Elements of Self Care


"The 5 Elements of Self Care" is an online video course designed to introduce participants to the fundamental concepts of the 5 elements of Chinese medicine. The course consists of eight engaging lessons, beginning with a warm welcome and an exploration of the essentials of yin-yang theory. As the course progresses, participants will delve into the unique characteristics of each element, including wood, fire, earth, metal, and water, and learn how these elements relate to self-care. Additionally, the course offers a dedicated video tutorial on how to effectively utilize the downloadable PDFs, which include journal prompts and a comprehensive chart detailing the attributes of the 5 elements. By the end of the course, participants will not only have a foundational understanding of Chinese medicine but will also have gained practical tools to integrate self-care practices based on the 5 elements into their daily lives.
